To create the manifesto, a dynamic session was held with several employees and a writer, who transformed the insights into an engaging text.

The EVP launch was a significant and emotional moment, featuring incredible and real stories from people who experienced the EVP in their journeys at Sicredi.

In addition to the live session, we also suggested various physical settings and experiences so that employees could live and feel the attributes of the EVP, no matter where they are.
