It all started with a diagnostic, where we understood our client in depth and found the truths that gave rise to the EVP.
But it’s not enough to have the EVP on paper, you have to live it day by day.
At an event at the company’s headquarters, with online broadcasting, the EVP was launched to all employees, and the employer brand narrative told in a real and moving video-manifesto.
In addition to the video, we produced a photo shoot so that more people could star in the communications of Cosan’s employer brand.
We also developed the new career site, which shows all the best that people can find at Cosan.
We revitalized external touchpoints, which were fully aligned with the narrative and unique employer brand persona.
