Grupo Fleury needed a career website that went beyond job listings, expressing its essence – Passion, Care, and Welcoming – and showcasing what it is like to work in an environment where purpose and career come together to positively impact thousands of lives.
We developed a website focused on delivering a complete and intuitive experience, with a strategic approach to SEO (search engine optimization) and GEO (generative engine optimization), and a user-centric approach, and a user-centered design that reflects the employer brand’s essence.

To enhance the job search experience, we implemented a new job search feature. It allows the user to search for open positions in real time, by role or location, and be directed straight to the application page within the ATS.
