Raízen needed to revamp its career website to increase employer brand awareness and number of job applications.
We organized a complete restructuring plan for the site, including the reformulation of its verbal and visual identity, as well as the creation of new content.
We invested in interactive, dynamic visual elements that are personalized with the brand’s identity, such as carousels, videos and GIFs.
We also created a new culture page, with topics such as purpose, values, awards, recognition and social action programs.
And the Raízen Programs tab, a special section with details on the various career programs and employee testimonials, has also been revamped.
And the results are helping to redefine the future of the Raízen Employer Brand.
