To accomplish this, we deliver customized planning and services in Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing. Our brand was born from the famous hashtag #ILoveMyJob, aiming to inspire more people to share stories about how fulfilled they feel at work. After all, we believe true employer branding is the personal narrative of each talent.
Knowledge is one of our core values, and we strive to share it through our networks, articles, books, and courses. To date, approximately 1,000 students have attended ILoveMyJob People University. This is our way of contributing to making employer brand management increasingly strategic both in our country and globally.

PURPOSE OF THIS CODE
Our Ethical and Business Conduct Manual aims primarily to guide our employees in performing their duties, providing clear directives on the conduct that governs our business and relationships.
Therefore, the ethical guidelines herein must be adopted in all our operations and apply to all our employees, as they reflect the principles and values that should guide our presence in the market.
We value respect and collaboration. Moreover, we are driven by ethics and excellence, and thus the guidelines of this manual provide clear direction for both our internal and external conduct.

GENERAL CONDUCT ASPECTS
For ILoveMyJob, it is important that business decisions are guided by ethics, aiming to preserve its good reputation. Therefore, we strive for growth and excellence, always doing the right thing with speed, precision, and efficiency, and always acting with professionalism.
Additionally, it is essential to respect the laws and regulations of the locations in which we operate, as well as the internal policies and procedures of each of our clients. We must always act with loyalty, honesty, transparency, integrity, and respect.
We reject any form of prejudice, discrimination, aggressive behavior, or harassment towards colleagues or clients. Humiliation, disqualification, threats, and coercion are also not tolerated. Respect for others—without distinction—is fundamental in all our relationships, ensuring balance and a healthy work environment. In recruitment processes, all candidates must be treated fairly and be evaluated solely based on professional criteria.
It is also fundamental that the company’s physical, digital, and intellectual assets are respected, as well as the personal data of our collaborators and clients, which must never be violated.
CODE OF CONDUCT IN RELATIONSHIPS
Relationship with the company and other employees
ILoveMyJob employees must:
a. Treat each other with respect and politeness
b. Carry out their duties with quality and care, always suggesting process improvements
c. Maintain transparent and ethical conduct
d. Act fairly, honestly, and respectfully towards colleagues
e. Safeguard the group’s well-being
f. Protect the company’s name and image
g. Avoid any conflicts of interest
h. Leaders must encourage team synergy and provide regular feedback
i. Respect and protect personal data of clients and colleagues
j. Not use knowledge gained at work for personal or third-party benefit
k. Maintain confidentiality of company activities, even after the contract ends
l. Respect the company’s business and industrial secrets
m. Ensure the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of records and systems
n. Refrain from using alcohol or illegal substances during work activities (remote or in person)
Relationship with Suppliers
When hiring suppliers, it is important to consider:
a. Compliance with environmental duties, laws, and applicable regulations
b. Whether the contract may lead to any conflict of interest
c. The supplier’s technical capacity and moral and financial integrity
d. Data protection measures applied to any data provided by ILoveMyJob
e. Working conditions imposed by the supplier, avoiding companies that exploit labor or use child labor
Suppliers of ILoveMyJob must:
a. Follow technical standards and applicable laws, respecting safety and environmental aspects
b. Adhere to ILoveMyJob’s policies and procedures and safeguard the company’s market image
c. Respect and protect personal data of clients and collaborators
d. Avoid any form of conflict of interest
e. Provide fair compensation and decent working conditions, prohibiting any exploitation
f. Not propose or accept benefits for themselves or others due to information obtained from service provision
g. Maintain confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information accessed
h. Respect commercial and industrial secrecy, avoiding the disclosure of sensitive or harmful information
i. Fully comply with contractual obligations with ILoveMyJob
j. Deliver high-quality services or products on time
k. Provide requested information transparently, consistently, and accurately
l. Offer communication and audit channels as needed
Relationship with Public Authorities and Agencies
In interactions with public authorities, all employees must:
a. Follow government guidelines and contract requirements
b. Comply with current legislation
c. Avoid all conflicts of interest
d. Refrain from seeking personal gain through privileged information
e. Never offer or accept bribes or gifts from public officials
f. Respect confidentiality of services, when required
g. Cooperate with public audits and controls
h. Fulfill contractual commitments and deliver quality services
Any unlawful acts—including sharing insider information or enabling misconduct such as money laundering, embezzlement, corruption, or document falsification—are strictly prohibited.
Relationship with Clients
All those acting on behalf of ILoveMyJob must:
a. Ensure client satisfaction and meet established commitments
b. Contribute to client success through exceptional, innovative, and tailored services
c. Work transparently and align expectations
d. Treat all clients fairly, without discrimination or preference
e. Maintain confidentiality of business information
f. Protect personal data received during service provision
g. Guarantee the security, confidentiality, and integrity of obtained data
h. Share essential information for client decision-making
Relationship with Business Partners
In all partnerships, it is vital to:
a. Establish open communication and dialogue
b. Ensure jointly delivered products and services meet ILoveMyJob’s quality standards
c. Promote mutual respect and non-discrimination among employees
d. Adhere to both parties’ values, policies, and procedures
Relationship with Competitors
Representatives of ILoveMyJob must:
a. Maintain respectful conduct in line with this code
b. Protect the confidentiality of client contracts
c. Respect the company’s commercial and industrial secrets
d. Obtain market or competitor information lawfully and ethically
e. Uphold ILoveMyJob’s image in all market interactions
f. Refrain from making negative remarks or spreading rumors about competitors or third parties
Conflicts of Interest
It is essential that all employees, partners, service providers, and suppliers avoid situations in which personal interests may conflict with those of the company.
A conflict of interest may arise when employees are in a position to influence decisions that result in personal gain for themselves or others—directly or indirectly—through any type of benefit, potentially harming ILoveMyJob. Therefore, everyone must ensure that their actions and omissions do not conflict with the company’s interests or damage its image and reputation.
The following are prohibited for employees, suppliers, service providers, and partners:
a. Engaging in activities that conflict with ILoveMyJob’s operations
b. Influencing business decisions for personal gain
c. Giving, accepting, or requesting gifts, favors, or excessive benefits that could compromise professional relationships or create conflicts of interest
d. Accepting direct or indirect benefits that might be seen as compensation or a means of securing favorable treatment from ILoveMyJob
e. Using company resources for personal advantage
If a potential conflict of interest arises, the employee must inform their manager or relevant director, who will resolve the matter together with other responsible parties.
COMPLIANCE WITH THIS CODE OF ETHICS AND CONDUCT
We reinforce that all employees, suppliers, partners, and third parties must adopt ethical and responsible behavior aligned with this code.

Violation of any provision in this Code will result in appropriate accountability and the potential application of disciplinary measures to employees, according to the severity of the damage caused.
This Code of Ethics is provisional and will remain in effect until reviewed as part of ILoveMyJob’s integrity program.
