In April of 2024, floods devastated several cities in the state of Rio Grande do Sul, leaving thousands of families homeless. The capital city of Porto Alegre, where our headquarters are located, was also affected.
In order to remedy such an impactful disaster, Brazil came together to help rebuild homes and collect donations of basic survival items.
ILoveMyJob has also embraced this very important cause: helping the people of Rio Grande do Sul to get back on their feet and prosper.

*R$4,500 of the total donated comes from a partnership with the company Swile, which supported our EB Expert Experience event in 2024. With this support, we were able to allocate half of the sponsorship quota towards donations for Rio Grande do Sul.
We believe that education and training are powerful tools for promoting inclusion and social transformation.
That’s why we offer scholarships for women and black people in the process of professional relocation, in addition to the workshops and mentoring we promote to help boost the development of countless professionals.
Over the last few years, we have offered more than 20 scholarships and supported many professionals in their return to the job market.
Every Christmas, we like to get together to bring a bit of magic and joy to children. In 2024, we marked the third consecutive year in which we have managed to collect toys to distribute to some of Porto Alegre’s preschools.
The action relies on the direct help of our collaborators and, indirectly, of our clients, who answer a satisfaction survey and ILoveMyJob converts the amount of feedback into donations.

ILoveMyJob also joins the cause of combating hunger and food insecurity in various communities through food collection and donation initiatives.
Over the last few years, we have donated almost one ton of non-perishable food to families in vulnerable situations, trying to help these people have access to proper, nutritious food.
